The Fear of Change

When people think change, they think often of colossal actions, adding something or taking away from ones life an action, item, routine, or ritual. More often than not, change begins with an idea. Ideas drive us to thought and evoke emotion and eventually lead to action, wherein we have change. Change rarely happens over night but must be intentional, intentional enough to drive out doubt or fear. Change doesn't necessarily mean the absence of one thing. Change can be a whole new beginning to invite into your life what might be if only, we open our minds and hearts to it.
