If someone starting a diet quit the first time they felt a hunger pang, they would never see the benefit of their discomfort. They might even kid themselves saying " all this brought me was discomfort with nothing to show" Discipline is often this way. We feel the discomfort long before we see the result. Get comfortable in discomfort. Challenge yourself. Do something that scares you. Dont give up in your path of Discipline before your seeds you've planted can even take root.
